These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://travelgrid.in (the “Site”) and the TravelGrid corporate travel and expense management platform (the “Service”), which is operated by Channel Mentor IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Site or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or the Service.

1. Use of the Site and Service

The Site and the Service are provided for business use in connection with corporate travel and expense management. You agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. When you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Certain features of the Service require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use of your credentials. Access to the Service may be provided under a separate subscription or service agreement (including free trials and demos), and where such an agreement exists, its terms take precedence over these Terms to the extent of any conflict.

3. Intellectual Property

The Site and the Service, including their design, text, graphics, logos, images, software, and all content, are owned by or licensed to Channel Mentor IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Site or the Service without our prior written consent. The TravelGrid name and logo are our trademarks.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Site or the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, the Service, or our systems; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the Service; transmit any malicious code, virus, or harmful content; reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Service; or use the Site or the Service to infringe the rights of any third party.

5. Confidentiality

You acknowledge that the travel and expense data you enter into the Service, and any non-public information disclosed to you, are confidential. We will use it only to provide the Service to you and in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You agree to keep your confidential information secure and not to disclose it except as permitted.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy. By using the Site or the Service, you consent to the practices described in those policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and the Service are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
